Wild Rice Vegetable Soup
Get your veggies in with our Wild Rice Vegetalbe soup! Easy to make and nutritious! Nutty kernels of wild rice and seven colorful vegetables (onions, mushrooms, carrots, red and green bell peppers, celery, tomato) cook into deliciously light, satisfying gluten-free soup. For a heartier soup, add 1-16 oz. can of pureed tomato!
Cook time 2 hours or all day in the crock pot. Makes approximately 2 quarts.
